Terms and Conditions for A1 American Roofing

1. Agreement Overview
By engaging with A1 American Roofing (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) agree to the following terms governing our roofing services.

2. Scope of Services
We provide roofing installation, repair, maintenance, and restoration for residential and commercial properties in Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Specific services are detailed in the service agreement.

3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are based on initial assessments. Final pricing may vary if unforeseen issues arise during the project. Any changes will be communicated promptly.

4. Payment Terms
A 25% deposit is required upon contract signing. The remaining balance is due upon project completion. Payments can be made via check, credit card, or bank transfer. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest fee.

5. Scheduling and Delays
We strive to adhere to agreed-upon schedules. However, delays due to weather, material shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. We will notify you promptly of any significant delays.

6. Client Responsibilities
Ensure clear access to the work area and remove any personal items that may obstruct our work. We are not responsible for damage to items left in the work area.

7. Liability Limitations
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If terminated by the client after work has commenced, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.

10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County.
